American Dream consists of a running/broken clock, found and prohibited materials, a miniature figure wrapped in medical gauze, and projection emanating from a hole within the assembled case. The figure laughs endlessly. American Dream is a series of multimedia sculptures within the Rec Room series. American Dream Number One (shown here) is 14.5" x 12" x 34" (2011).
