In Living Room: The Diorama, viewers find two miniature figures sitting in wheelchairs, facing a miniature television set. On either side of the figures, windows show projected images of an outdoor scene, a man walking along a path winding into the distance. Noises emanate from the scene: giggles and grunts, along with sounds of an infomercial on repeat. The figures' faces are animated through video projection, their reflections glimpsed through a small mirror within the diorama. All projection and audio equipment is concealed from view.
Living Room #2: The Diorama offers another perspective to the life-sized rendering of Living Room. It was was first exhibited at Maiden Brooklyn Gallery in 2007. After further development, it was shown as a part of the Caboose of Magical Light in 2009.
